My approach to movement and Pilates teaching is rooted in the innovative spirit of Joseph H. Pilates, entwined with contemporary science. Katy Bowman's Nutritious Movement program and the safe spine work of Rebecca Leone are the foundation of my teaching philosophy: movement that always helps, never harms.
