To schedule a private or semi-private session:

  1. Purchase private or semi-private sessions/packages here (credit card only) or in person (cash, check, credit card) Most clients begin with the Movement Primer package.
  2. Schedule your session(s) online or contact Jennifer to schedule.
  3. After your 3 Movement Primer sessions, we will determine your next step: additional private sessions or joining small group classes.
  4. Call or email Jennifer if you have any questions or concerns! 

For donation-based group classes:

All are welcome, no previous experience or registration necessary. Pay what you can comfortably afford—cash, check accepted. As a point of reference, in the Twin Cities, group fitness classes run from $15 and up per class; donation-based classes typically ask a minimum donation of $5 to help to offset the intstructor's time, expenses, etc. Group classes may not be appropriate for some clients—please contact Jennifer if you have health or medical concerns and are wondering if group classes are a good fit for you. 

Each group class student must be in good physical health with no medical or other restrictions for exercise.  I reserve the right to require students who are de-conditioned, have preexisting conditions or other health concerns begin with private sessions before joining group classes.

Dress in clothing that allows for full, unrestricted range movement but isn't too short/loose, for everyone's comfort! Bare feet are recommended; socks with grips on the soles are acceptable. Plain socks may be too slippery to safely move; please plan accordingly. 

Limited parking is available behind the church. During the day, please park in spaces designated for University Baptist Church; after 5 pm, parking is first come, first serve. There is also metered street parking ($1/hour) and other parking options available, call for more information—651-338-6380

Please enter the church at the 13th Avenue entrance marked "Church Office" closest to University Avenue (not the big, impressive sanctuary doors at the top of the big, impressive stairway). Entrance is usually open during daytime hours. After 5 pm, if the door is locked, use the elevator entrance just to the right of the Office—you will have to call to be buzzed in, directions are in the elevator breezeway. Or call/text Jen at 651-338-6380 if you're totally lost and/or confused!

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. Please bring your own yoga/Pilates mat, if you have one. A limited number of mats are available for donation-based classes. 

Please bring water to stay adequately hydrated.

No cell phones allowed during sessions or classes. Please turn off or to "silent" during class time.

Jennifer's Hours:

Monday: 4 pm to 7 pm
Tuesday: 7 am to 1 pm
Wednesday available for private sessions; call for times
Thursday: 7 am to 1 pm
Friday: 7 am to 1 pm
