Small Group Classes
Watch my calendar for small group class sessions held in my home studio, that fuse Pilates Mat, restorative exercises, kettlebells and more. Space is limited (and you have to love—and I mean love—endearingly neurotic rescue dogs. No exceptions). I am also available to come to your work place, church, school or home—grab a few neighbors or friends—for you own personalized series of classes.
I offer shorter, specialized workshops that focus on a particular body part (e.g., shoulders, feet, spine), topic (pelvic health, bone health), or skill-building (getting down to/up from floor, core work, nail your Teaser!).
