Small Group Classes
Watch my calendar for small group class sessions that fuse Pilates Mat, restorative exercises, kettlebells and more, and running groups based on Older Yet Faster principles. I am also available to come to your work place, church, school or home—grab a few neighbors or friends—for you own personalized series of classes.
I offer shorter, specialized workshops that focus on a particular body part (e.g., shoulders, feet, spine), topic (pelvic health, bone health), or skill-building (getting down to/up from floor, core work, nail your Teaser!).
