Service Description
As someone who is currently 9 months pregnant, I understand the aches and pains that creep up on us throughout this journey. I found that Pilates has helped me manage my pain by performing safe and effective stretching exercises on various pieces of equipment. It has also helped me maintain strength in my legs, glutes, arms and back as well as my deeper core muscles. All very much required for labour as well as after birth recovery. I am also NASM certified in Pre and Post natal exercise, through Join Dynamics. This course has taught me invaluable breathing techniques which help during exercise and focus on up to date research which supports exercise during pregnancy. I am keen to pass on my personal and professional knowledge to you!
Cancellation Policy
MINIMUM CLASS SIGN UPS: Classes will go ahead with a minimum of 2 participants. If less than 2 people are signed up to the class you will be offered a refund for the session or to reschedule the class to the next suitable class. CANCELATION POLICY: Emerge Pilates operates a strict 12 hour cancellation policy all our classes. This is to ensure a fair booking system both to other customers and the instructor. Please note that if you fail to cancel a class within the above stated timeframe, your credit/money spent on the class will not be refunded. In exceptional circumstances such as hospitalisation of a family member (child, mother, father, brother sister and other immediate family members), or bereavement of a family member (child, mother, father, brother sister and other immediate family members) the late cancelation policy will be forfeited. If you have COVID 19 please let us know and we will move your session to avoid infecting other customers (a positive RAT test would be required). All other circumstances such as last minute changes in day to day activities related to both work, school or personal life do not qualify as an exceptional circumstance. Typhoon Level 8-10 and Black Rain, late cancelation policy will be forfeited and you will be able to transfer your credit to the next available class. To avoid disappointment please ensure to cancel in the 12 hour window. Thank you for your support!
