Service Description
The reformer is the cornerstone of Pilates, and it helps to create a space for the body that draws attention to weaker sides and areas of the body that need more attention. Starting with the basics, we will work on correct posture and execution of each exercise, familiarise your self with beginner flow before moving onto intermediate classes with proper strength and knowledge.

Cancellation Policy
MINIMUM CLASS SIGN UPS: Classes will go ahead with a minimum of 2 participants. If less than 2 people are signed up to the class you will be offered a refund for the session or to reschedule the class to the next suitable class. CANCELATION POLICY: Emerge Pilates operates a strict 12 hour cancellation policy all our classes. This is to ensure a fair booking system both to other customers and the instructor. Please note that if you fail to cancel a class within the above stated timeframe, your credit/money spent on the class will not be refunded. In exceptional circumstances such as hospitalisation of a family member (child, mother, father, brother sister and other immediate family members), or bereavement of a family member (child, mother, father, brother sister and other immediate family members) the late cancelation policy will be forfeited. If you have COVID 19 please let us know and we will move your session to avoid infecting other customers (a positive RAT test would be required). All other circumstances such as last minute changes in day to day activities related to both work, school or personal life do not qualify as an exceptional circumstance. Typhoon Level 10 and Black Rain, late cancelation policy will be forfeited and you will be able to transfer your credit to the next available class. To avoid disappointment please ensure to cancel in the 12 hour window. Thank you for your support!
